Cassandra Berry provides results oriented leadership for implementing strategies that result in a diverse and productive climate for persons from varied backgrounds.

With  over twenty five years of managerial, human resource, equal opportunity, diversity and employee relations training experience, she provides practical information, insights and best practices to effect positive change.

Cassandra has been  responsible for facilitating the development and implementation of multicultural policies, activities and programs.  She has advised CEOs on issues related to multicultural affairs, diversity and equal opportunity compliance, coordinated and monitored affirmative action programs, as well as developed reports on  compliance with federal and state regulations. 

Cassandra received her undergraduate degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and has received numerous training certifications.

She has been and is a member of several professional higher education organizations , various governmental boards and community organizations.  She is currently a Vice President for the National Diversity Council and is a member of the North Texas Diversity Council Advisory Board.
